AlphaCHIP team has developed more than 120 library releases for various technological processes with minimum element sizes from 0.35 microns to 32 nm, both for bulk silicon and for silicon on an insulator.

Examples of the radiation hardened standard cell libraries:

• CMOS SOI 180 nm XT018 XFAB
• CMOS 65 nm TSMC

Examples of the I/O cells, including HSTL, SSTL, LVDS, DCI:

• LVDS; LVDS_RHBD - CMOS 90 nm “Micron JSC”
